Allambie Horse Wear - Terms and Conditions Payment Terms - Payment will be taken at time of order. Method of payment may be Credit Card, Cheque, Money Order, Electronic Funds Transfer, or cash (where applicable). Made to Measure: If one of our representatives measures your horse for a made-to-measure rug, then we guarantee the fit of the rug. That is, if the rug doesn't fit, we will alter the rug or replace it if necessary. However, if the client measures the horse using our Custom Measurement Form, then the client is responsible for the correct measurement being taken, and we will not be responsible for the fit of the rug. (We may attempt an alteration based on consultation with the client - any postage costs will be incurred by the client in this case). Returns Policy - We will happily replace any item purchased from our stock size range if the item is not the right size, PROVIDED the item is in As New Condition - that is, that the item has only been put on the horse for the purpose of trying for correct fit. Should an item be returned in a 'used' condition - that is, having been on the horse for longer than the purpose of 'trying on' the rug - then the return will not be accepted without prior consultation. We are more than happy to exchange rugs and offer credit toward a later purchase, however, due to the size of our business, we are not able to offer a refund. So it is important that your consider your purchase carefully. Guarantee of Workmanship - Allambie Horse Wear guarantees the quality of workmanship on every item we manufacture. That is, we ensure that the item is designed not to fall apart, that stitching should not come undone within six months of date of purchase. In the case of faulty workmanship, the item should be returned to us for inspection and rectification of the problem (whether that be by repair or replacement of the item). This guarantee DOES NOT extend to normal wear and tear, nor does it extend to accidental damage due to fences, trees, etc, NOR does it extend to horse induced damage. Other Terms and Conditions may be imposed from time to time in discussions with clients.
